在天津会场，董事长李梦晨先生发表了热情洋溢的致辞。他回顾了集团过去一年的发展历程，对全体员工的辛勤付出表示衷心感谢。李梦晨先生提到，今年集团完成了七星海天海区国际机场的通航，这是一项里程碑式的大事。从2017年机场正式投入建设至今，历时8年终于在2024年完成了首航工作。此外，2024年度，七星海境内多个已落地的招商引资项目也正在建设中。

Annual Best Contribution Award - Zhang Zhiqiang, General Manager of Airport Project Department, has significantly improved construction efficiency with his outstanding innovative professional ability and advanced management thinking. The strategy he implemented saved the company over 60% of airport construction costs and had a profound positive impact on the overall business and future development of the company.
销售冠军奖——营销部营销主管王跃武，在2024年度取得了令人瞩目的销售成绩。他总成交量达11单，总成交额高达247万美金，成交面积约2万平米，回款额更是达到了150万余美元，成为营销中心的销售冠军。
Sales Champion Award - Wang Yaowu, Marketing Supervisor of the Marketing Department, achieved impressive sales results in 2024. His total turnover amounted to 11 orders, with a total turnover of up to US$2.47 million, a turnover area of about 20,000 square meters, and a return amount of more than US$1.5 million, making him the sales champion of the marketing center.
